Here’s the Dirt…"Blackberry Summer Wedding"

“Blackberry Summer Wedding”

Using a palette of whites and blackberry plums and greens
we created this seasonal summer wedding this past weekend.
The reception was held at The Hunter Museum of Art
in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Since the venue does not allow any candles
we filled our hanging votives
with blackberries and hung them from
mossed covered branches…cool effect!
The blackberry boutonnieres coordinated
with the bridesmaid’s bouquets of
white hydrangeas dahlias,
and plum scabiosa and dahlias.

Here’s the Dirt…"Clean & Simple Rehearsal Dinner at Public House Chattanooga

“Clean & Simple”
by
The Clay Pot

We used our “GO TO” burlap vases filled with a soft palette of white hydrangeas,
blue thistle, peonies, ranunculus, blue hyacinths and freesia
for this rehearsal dinner at Public House Chattanooga in Warehouse Row…
we utilized the deep window sills
by filling them with an assortment of pillar votives and mini votives…
to personalize each place setting, we created customized silverware sleeves
with the bride and groom’s initials…beautiful venue…
clean & simple!

Here’s the Dirt..It’s Fun Being a Kid at "Camp Joe Joe’s"

…with just a little imagination,
(and some amazing kids!)
a piece of plywood,
can of red paint,
PVC pipe,
and printed letters…
our “Roller Coaster” comes to life at
“Camp Joe Joe’s”
Creative Camp for Kids,
at The Clay Pot.
We just started our third summer of camps…
and as you can see, it’s fun being a kid…
and that includes ME!

Here’s the Dirt…"A Wedding in May"

“A Wedding in May”
Nestled in the countryside of North Georgia,
The DeBarge Vineyards was the perfect setting
for a May wedding we did last weekend.
Using a simple mix of flowers just added to the charm.
We used different shades of dahlias, ranunculus and hydrangeas.
Loved how the pops of colors added a little “pow” to the warm tones of the venue…
