This chicken dish is a favorite around our house. Hope you like it too!
4-6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1/2 lb thin spaghetti
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 pieces celery chopped
2 onions chopped
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
salt and pepper
1 pint chicken stock
Cook celery and onions in butter until tender. Add stock and seasonings. Add soup slowly and simmer 15 minutes. Add cheese and turn off heat. Boil spaghetti, drain and add to stock mixture. Add chicken and put in long casserole dish. Sprinkle with pecans and bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until heated. Enjoy!
