These chips make a great snack for a party or go great with a bowl of soup. I love the flavor of the chips. Make sure you eat some before you put them out, because they will go quickly!
Parmesan-Herb Pita Chips
1/3 cup olive oil
4 tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning
3 6″ Pita Rounds
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Combine olive oil and Italian seasoning. Split each pita bread into 2 rounds. Cut each round into 8 wedges. Place wedges on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush rough side of each wedge with oil mixture. Sprinkle wedges with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Yield: 4 Dozen. Enjoy!
